Refund policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on educational classes at File Forest Core Academy.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to confirmed class seats and private review sessions booked through our contact process. Website browsing is free; there is no checkout on this site.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing to hello@fileforestcore.click at least seven full days before the scheduled start for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations between six and three days before start receive a 50% refund. Inside three days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the session.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a class, when you cancel within the seven-day window, or when a documented medical emergency prevents attendance and you notify us before the session starts. Partial refunds follow the schedule above for later cancellations.
Non-refundable items
Printed handouts already prepared for a private review, third-party platform fees you purchase yourself, and no-show seats are non-refundable.
Deposits
Some classes request a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are credited toward the informational fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation schedule as full fees unless we state otherwise in the booking email.
Rescheduling
You may request one free reschedule to a later published date of the same class if you write to us at least five days before the original start. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timeframe rules.
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not notify us before the session begins, the seat is forfeited without refund.
Work already started
Once a private 90-minute review has begun, the session fee is non-refundable. If a multi-evening lab has completed its first evening, refunds cover only the unused evening on a pro-rata basis when you cancel before the second evening.
Purchased materials
Personal notes you create remain yours. Academy-printed pattern cards included in the seat price are not sold separately and are not refunded independently.
Refund process and method
Email hello@fileforestcore.click with your name, class title, and booking date. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten business days after we confirm eligibility.
Exceptions
Force majeure events that close the Lumpinee studio may lead to a reschedule offer or a full refund at your choice. This policy covers educational classes only—not investment products, subscriptions, or physical goods we do not sell.
